Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Torch Bridge, the non-custodial bridge interface available at bridge.torchpad.fun (the "Service"), operated in connection with torchpad.fun. By accessing or using the Service, including by clicking "Confirm bridge" or otherwise initiating a quote or transaction, you agree to these Terms.

The Service is provided by Torchpad via torchpad.fun ("we," "us," or "Torchpad").

Torch Bridge is a non-custodial interface and aggregator. It requests quotes from multiple independent third-party bridges and liquidity providers, ranks those quotes, and helps you construct transactions that you sign and broadcast with your own wallet.

We do not operate the underlying bridges, take custody of your assets or private keys, execute transactions on your behalf, or guarantee that any route will complete. You always retain control of your keys; signing happens in your wallet (for example MetaMask, Rabby, other injected wallets, WalletConnect, Phantom, or Solflare when those paths are enabled).

Supported networks and assets are limited to an allowlist maintained in the Service (including EVM chains such as Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, BNB Chain, Robinhood Chain, and Stable, and tokens such as ETH, USDC, USDT0, POL, and BNB where configured). Solana bridging may appear in the interface as "Coming soon" and, while disabled, is not available for routing or execution.

You are solely responsible for verifying destination addresses, source and destination chains, tokens, amounts, slippage settings, and fees before you sign. Transactions on public blockchains are generally irreversible. Sending assets to the wrong address, wrong network, or wrong token can result in permanent, unrecoverable loss. We cannot reverse, refund, cancel, or recover on-chain transfers.

You are responsible for the security of your wallets, devices, seed phrases, and private keys. Never share seed phrases or private keys with anyone, including anyone purporting to represent Torchpad or Torch Bridge. The Service never asks for them.

Bridging depends on multiple independent bridge and liquidity providers, public blockchains, RPC endpoints, and wallet software we do not control. Their own terms, privacy practices, fees, and risks apply. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, downtime, insolvency, smart-contract bugs, quote errors, delayed settlement, or failure to deliver funds.

Not every provider supports every chain. Some destinations may be routed only through providers that support them. Quote availability and ranking can change without notice.

Certain one-way destinations (including Arc, when enabled) may use a composed path: a first-hop bridge via a routing provider into Base USDC, then a Circle Gateway deposit and mint. That Arc leg is subject to Circle Gateway confirmation times, fees, and terms. Bridging out of Arc is not offered through this Service.

Torch Bridge charges a platform fee of 0.15% (15 basis points) on applicable bridged amounts, collected via the routing providers as configured in the Service. Composed Arc funding routes, when available, charge a platform fee of 0.50% (50 basis points) on the Relay hop only. Third-party providers and blockchain networks also charge their own fees, spreads, and gas/network costs, which are shown in-quote where available.

Fees may change. Displayed estimates can differ from final on-chain costs due to market movement, gas volatility, or provider behavior.

You may use the Service only if you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction and are not a sanctioned person or entity. You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, or other illegal activity.

The Service is not offered to, and may not be used by, any person or entity that is located in, incorporated in, a resident of, or accessing the Service from any of the following (collectively, "Restricted Jurisdictions"):

• the United States of America (including its states, territories, and possessions, such as Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands);
• Canada;
• the United Kingdom;
• the People's Republic of China;
• jurisdictions subject to comprehensive international sanctions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and regions of Ukraine under contested control such as Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk;
• and any other country, territory, or region that is the subject of comprehensive sanctions administered by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), or that otherwise prohibits use of the Service under applicable law.

You also may not use the Service if you are on any sanctions or restricted-party list (including OFAC SDN, EU, UN, or UK lists), or if you are acting for or on behalf of any such person or entity. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are not located in a Restricted Jurisdiction and are not a prohibited person.

You are solely responsible for your own tax reporting and for complying with applicable laws and regulations. We do not provide tax, legal, or regulatory advice.

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.

Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Crypto assets and cross-chain bridging are speculative and high-risk. You should obtain independent advice before using the Service.

By using the Service you acknowledge and accept risks including, without limitation: total loss of assets; smart-contract and bridge protocol failures; oracle or quote inaccuracies; MEV and slippage; chain reorganizations, congestion, or downtime; wallet or device compromise; phishing; and user error. You use the Service at your own risk.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT QUOTES OR TRANSACTIONS WILL SUCCEED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR CONTRIBUTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER FAILURES, SMART-CONTRACT BUGS, CHAIN ISSUES, MEV OR SLIPPAGE, QUOTE INACCURACIES, WALLET OR DEVICE COMPROMISE, USER ERROR, OR FORCE MAJEURE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE PLATFORM FEES YOU PAID TO US THROUGH THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede prior understandings on that subject.
